He's won the race! (four-versed poem)

by Invited   Jul 11, 2008

Hit the ground
With trainers like hooves;
Not a sound
Till one proves.
He's won the race!

Sighs and wind,
Tapping laces
One's not kind;
When he takes his paces.
He's won the race!

Legs like tigers,
Running wild
Face like tigers;
Wind not mild.
He's won the race!

Concentrating,
It's almost
Breathtaking;
See's the flags on post.
He's won the race!
