I'll Believe Your Lies Forever

by Angie   Jul 13, 2008

Scorching emotions dance tonight.
Walking along the sandy shore,
Waves crashing amid my feet,
Thirsting this day she could keep.

This sandy path she now shadows
Shifts, altering with the wind.
Waltzing freely on her own,
A rush of matchless thrill is pinned.

Longing to never revisit;
Now chasing the sandy shore.
Finding a new path of life,
Parting a life she knows no more.

Scorching emotions dance tonight.
Walking along the sandy shore,
Waves crashing amid my feet,
Thirsting this day she could keep.

"I will never return again,
This game is too tiresome.
I will not say I'm sorry,
For I hate what you have become."

Lost distinction of our time;
Bluebell flowers whisk away,
Leaving a marred disarray,
Memories fade to shades of grey.

Scorching emotions dance tonight.
Walking along the sandy shore,
Waves crashing amid my feet,
Thirsting this day she could keep.
