Is it so wrong
to want to run through this rain?
And just keep on going
to drown out the pain.

Cuz maybe if i run hard enough,
my lungs will explode.
Or the rain will kill me
and soak through my clothes.

Maybe if I run fast enough
I won't ever look back.
Run into the night,
run away from the black.

Because what's the point of living
this crappy little life.
If God isn't here
to fix all the lights.

Because I'm scared that I screamed to Him
and He never answered me back.
He's left me alone,
alone with this black.

You wonder why I won't tell you,
why there are things I can't say.
