Love is like a flower

"Love is like a flower.."
It grows and bloom..
It's outstanding beauty shines from the rest
The radiant scent lingers in the air

It's colorful but thorny
The thorns that struggle when you touch..
even you feel the pain
You still hold on tighter every time

As long as you watch it
Your passion wanna overflow from your heart
You're falling deeper each time
Going crazy every time you fall

But why do flowers die?
Is it the end?
Maybe love really is a flower..
Love do die..

As it slowly fade away..
The smiles are gone
The tears starts to fall..
you're missing that beautiful flower..
you once held and loved..

    I love the first stanza a lot, you explained how love is like a flower.. and then you continue to go on with the whole idea. You get really in depth with how it is like a flower.. nice comparision I think. It's very true. Hmm, your word choice was okay, but could have been better. Nice write. 5/5.

    Um, I agree with you, it does need some more work. It was simple, but good and cute. I liked the imagery in it. :)
