Breathe

by MissSideways   Jul 20, 2008

Things are starting to become much clearer now.

The haze that clouded my head has dissolved, alleviating the heaviness in my heart.

I can see the light at the end of this once endless, formidable tunnel.

For the first time in such a long time, I look forward to tomorrow and its inviting, sunny skies.

At last, I can stand up on my own two feet & move on from the sheltered life that I lead; totally dissolved in the essence of you.

My safety net was snatched from beneath my fall, making me stronger from my impact with the ground.

I speak, free of lies.

I see, free of blinding disappointment.

I hear, free of the burdensome information brought from my shadow warriors.

I am free of you, at last.

So now I can breathe.
