Bleeding Hearts, Baby

by Taylor   Jul 24, 2008

Perish the memories, we stand united
Hand in hand, together will be fate
Building up these walls, faces will be whited
Pick the blade up, a Hell we'll create
In a world of sorrow, smiles go blind
Happiness is a burden, a death-to-be
The blood on the floor is a beautiful state of mind
We will take control, you and me

Forget the ones that broke you down
Watch all the hell-bound souls remain
No reasons why you should be shot to the ground
The fury in your eyes at which you cannot explain
The days are gone when the superior rule
Steal away the heartless bodies that once lived
Stand up tall, and force the deathly duel
And for once and for all, don't ever forgive

Tell yourself that this is all real
Begin to sacrifice the deaths of the night
Ask the saviors to change the appeal
The appeal of the sweet caress of the past-life
Don't let this moment turn into a lie
Grasp the light and let your hands be numb
Turn to darkness and watch the flame die
Destroy the joy, and we are done
