Death Becomes Her

by BornAgainWriter   Jul 27, 2008

He cheated once he'll do it again,
Lord knows it hurts her deeply,
The light in her heart goes dim,
She never got treated fairly.

She wore her heart on her sleeve,
She showed every emotion left in her,
After all she was told to always believe,
Give him time and it'll get better.

She relaxed and did everything she could,
She gave him her whole body at night,
And was told that she'd be treated good,
She must admitt it was such a delight.

He'd become the death of her she knew it,
But she loved him more than anything,
She keeps going promises self not to quit,
Even though she had a sore heart; aching.

She forgave him for all the told lies,
Accepted his not at all sincere apology,
Feeling a bit better-heart still cries,
Looking at this other chicks body.

She knows; just knows he's the death of her,
She still loves him; even for treating her bad,
It's not planned for her; the "happily ever after"
The day she lays and dies she'll be glad.

The next day her heart is falling apart,
She's screaming "could I be any blinder?!",
Killing herself infront of him; she departs,
The world no longer because death becomes her.

[Thank you Teddy for the title] :)
