Just Another Foolish Dreamer

by MzLonely   Aug 10, 2008

She was just another girl,
Just as any other ordinary girl.
But she had one problem,
She had her head up in the clouds.
Dreaming all day.

Each and every day,
Hope filled the pieces of her broken heart.
And she becomes a dreamer,
A foolish dreamer.

I say not that dreaming is wrong,
But the dreams she has,
Are just too impossible.
They do nothing but hurt her.

She dreams that ,
One day he will return.
She dream that maybe,
Just maybe,
He still loves her.
She dreams that,
He still wants her,
The way she still wants him.
She dreams,
Of the impossible.

Will she never learn?
Will it never hit her?
Will she be forever,
A foolish dreamer?
