Sleepwalker

by Nightmare Fiend   Aug 13, 2008

I dropped the blade that was held in my hand
Awaking to see what was left of a man
Where am I - What did I do
What caused me to do what I did to you

Running down the street like a crazed lunatic
Stopping every once in awhile to be very sick
Looking for signs to say where I'm at
Not even once did I ever look back

Finally home, I lock all the doors
Didn't make sense, for the killer was me
Covered in blood that was all yours
I swore the Evil would never get free

Awakened by the sound of a creaking floor
Opened my eyes as I walked through a door
In the middle of the room was a noose and chair
Suddenly realizing I will soon be there

Echoing in my mind was a sullen voice
'You are the Evil, you have no choice'
Tried to stop but my body betrayed
Sleepwalking no more my body swayed
