Stormy Death

by Cee   Aug 16, 2008

Dark, black rain clouds rolled in,
Slowly the air grew colder,
I knew it was about to begin.

The sky was dark,
Shadows loomed gloomily,
Over the hills in the park.

I shivered under my thin coat,
Watching the lightning,
Gracefully striking the boat.

I feel so alone now,
No one to be seen,
I quietly make my vow.

I close my eyes,
Thinking of how,
Everyday I lived with the lies.

I let my head fall,
I had no control,
And hit the brick wall.

Blood trickled from the cut,
I look around helpless,
As the light went out in the hut.

I felt my life go,
It didn't hurt that much,
As no tears I let show.
