From Here

by Farther From Here   Aug 17, 2008

Seventy feelings entrapped in me,
stirring and wailing for all to see,
Because of all the pits and turns I take,
I just couldn't make you sit and wait.

And as this dark day goes by slowly
I know deep in this heart, you still love me.
And I still hope continuously
that you are still there, waiting for me.

So now, as I stand and walk forth
towards where you are residing
I bow my head down in a sudden glee;
I couldn't help but smile... simply.

May I just ask, ever so earnestly?
My dear, how long have you been waiting?
"Since you left." You answer.
A smile, a tear, and a whisper...

I'm yours. Simply. Lovely.
And everything starts... from here.

Wow, thanks. Actually I've written this a long way back, never had the chance to show it to anyone though... and apparently during those days, I could feel nothing but sorrow. Thanks for your comments, greatly appreciated. :) I even made it a song. Just so you know. :)
