Like no one else

by Olivier   Jun 4, 2004

They are all colourblind,
Some link is missing in their mind.
Just 'cause I'm not that kind,
My name's no longer underlined.

Nothing I've really been.
No smile is gone or seen.
Since I fell between.

I've always been in the middle,
My skin ain't black or white.
I ain't a puzzle or a riddle,
Though life's not that simple when love seems to be out of sight.

As grey as I seem to them,
I've got dreams like no one else.
As colourful as I really am,
I am just myself.

Their eyes are covered by a missing link.
Everything that's right is all they think.
No, they can't forget me just because I'm not their kind.
No, their names are no longer underlined.

This is really great to.. I think we all fell that way sometimes in life... Some people all the time... I guess we just forget that we all have dreams and that we all are us selves...
