My Bullets Are In The Closet

by TGR   Aug 26, 2008

Well I've got my note written
All I need are the bullets
There's some in the closet...
I'll end it tonight
The pain and desperation
Cause I can't take this isolation
Anymore

That's the night it all crashed down
The night my tears flooded my eyes
That's the night I let go
I had my mental breakdown
That's the night my fears came true
That's the night I dropped my life
That's the night I said goodbye to you

Well I've cried before this
But never this worse
I'd never seen my eyes so red
They'd never been as puffy there were that night
So I decided to let go, let it all go
To not care

I know it's in His hands
But I can't seem to be that patient
So long since this was a stranger
Now it's my enemy and my friend

It's just too bad
I won't get to see your face
When you come into a pool of my blood
It's just too bad
You won't know till morning
That the one that always smiled
Is gone

That's the night it all crashed down
My tears became my rain
I've never wailed so loud
Yet no one came
No one cared enough to ask
So why should I care enough to live?
Because that's the night it all crashed down

Well I've got my note written
All I need are the bullets
There's some in the closet...
