"It's so damn difficult" I love this line including the word "damn", it somehow resembles the pain we're going through, that was great =)
I loved the last two lines the most, they're so meaningful !!
the whole stanza is just so inspiring and true :]

I like the ending you penned here, its like even though you might suffer and get yourself into depression and agony, life still has its glory and will always has its ups and downs.

Following your heart
It can hurt you so bad
That it tears you apart
Its the only way to live
Though it will get you hurt
At times it may feel
Like you're down in the dirt
But true love is out there
Waiting for you
And its worth all the struggle
That you may go through.

Follow your heart. You will be glad you did. Sometimes the pain is unbarable. So worth the joy true love briings when it is found.
