Sick Day

(This is written from the female perspective)

Father of all life
Will you help me please?
Don't see this ailment is terrorizing me
Can't you make it go away?
Won't you make it stop?
Please make me better so I can once again be hot
I feel all fat and bloated
And my paleness won't go away
And all this frowning and moaning doesn't bring attention my way
The coughing is bad enough
But the stuffy nose is rough
When you try to talk to cute boy and you sound like a pile of mud
And my exhaustion is such a bother
When you have a life like me
Unlike those other girls, they need not look sexy
I have an image to maintain
This is plainly true
But what can I do when all I can do is walk around like a tired mule
But wait a second
What's this I see?
My boy friend has brought me flowers
Hold on god
I'm good for now
I'll call in a couple hours
