My Heart's Psalm

My life is but an uncertainty oh Lord
Not until I have heard Your word
I have been traveling a journey that is full of misery
Yet, You are there, You stayed and never leave me

There are times I know I have neglected You
But despite all my shortcomings, still so faithful are You
During the times I feel alone in this life
I have never realized, you also feel my strife

Lord I am but a weak person
But with You I become strong
Surely my every tomorrow will be full of sorrow
If I will live my life being afar from You

When I am down You lift me up
And when I am dry, You fill my cup
When weariness and tiredness ever come to me
How wonderful is the comfort given by Thee

What should I ask for more?
When Your grace is enough and sufficient after all
What can I do and offer unto You
because I know, all things comes from You?

Now, my heart says, I will worship You for being who You are
Serving You oh Lord with all my might
I know, following You, truly is very hard
And then I pray, Don't let me be out of Your sight.

I will be holding on, just holding on and slowly I will go on
This precious life that You have given unto me
My faith is to be with You someday!
