Self Loss

Everything around me seems to be fading
deep inside me i am suffocating

all alone in this world feeling so afraid
although its still the same old serenade

captivated by all the thoughts filling my head
trying to cover every single tear i have shed

oh no I'm not gonna let them bring me down
neither change that smile into a frown

guilt is possessing every inch in me
I'm dreaming of the girl I'll never be

    ^^^ My fav stanza. I will say you choice of words here are interesting and well chosen. Loved the rhymes and again, flowed really well. Loved this write. I think its one of the best ive read in a while. 5/5
