The pedals are so new
the stem so mature
beauty so unique
everyone adores
then as she blossoms
radiant as ever
she is picked at
from the clever
kicks and plucked
she feels all day
stressed and compressed
she no longer the same way
dismantled and hollow
she has begun
no longer a mystery
of the pretty one
