Names In A Tree

by ShaunaMarie   Sep 18, 2008

The sun splashes light all over the place
And the wind blows through the leaves
Scraped deep into the deep brown bark
Our names carved in the tree.
People try and try again
To pick this love apart
But still our names remain
Followed by a heart.
Every moment Im without you
The leaves begin to wither
The day begins to fade
The trees begin to shiver.

Nothing else appeals to me
When you take my breath away
I just want to wake up
To you another day.
And if our names begin to fade
Still my love, well rectify
Because Ill always love you
Until the day I die.

    Sweet,
i like this one .. the flow was pretty damn good.
the start was beautiful, indeed.the words used were pretty simple and straight forward and thats what makes it so beautiful,i believe.
i love the 1st stanza whole.. not one thing i would change in it .. Amazing piece.

oh and did i mention the ending?? ..
its amazingly beautiful. i think i've said beautiful like .. 3-4 times now.. which might sound weird.. but its only because i feel this one IS purely a beautiful write!
it has love spilling out at the end of each line.
    and it shows!
    Great Work
    Keep Writing !!! woo-hoo :D
