Broken arms
Scraped knuckles
Torn nails

Crippled stances
Worn out muscles
Limps you tried to hide

Dreams that torture
Hands that always shake
Eyes that shift with paranoia
Forgive me

Forgive me for not looking
Forgive me for not telling
Forgive me for letting you die
