A Friend!
I'm cool with that.
Teasing,
Laughing,
Joking friends.
Like brother and sister.
Looking out for each other
"Fighting" one another.
I could do that.
Poking and talking,
Just like best friends do.
Playing games,
Making jokes,
Creating bonds.
But I don't want that...
You can't hold the hands of a friend,
without suspicious stares.
You can't sweetly hug a friend,
without whispers or rumors.
You can't tenderly kiss a friend,
without the desire to be more.
It's hard to be just friends,
But it's better then nothing,
And I'm cool with that.
