I lived in dreams
Like girls often do
A perfect family
And perfect friends
I was popular and pretty
And I had not a care in the world
One night I woke up
Shokced by what I had dreamed
But the worst part came
WHen I opened my eyes
And discovered it was true
My boyfriend had left me
ANd my friends were drifting away
My fmaily was distant
