Mask of happiness

by Jessica   Oct 15, 2008

A fake smile slides on her face
As she washes the tears away
She covers her eyes wiht makeup
To hide the red
And puts bracelts on to cover
The cuts
A single marker covers
The heart she cut in her hand for him
She dashes to the mirror
To make sure her mask of happiness is in place
But when she looks in the mirror
I realizes shes me
With a mask to cover the pain
