My Wings

by Conrad   Oct 16, 2008

This blade
Solomn in its cold steel
Is my weapon

I pierce your heart
What a lonely heart
Cant you see that you've been wrong?

The foil thrusts in to you
Up to the hilt
Your hopes are gone now

This blade kills your heart
And awakens mine
Stolen kiss, broken promise

As you fall I take my prize
Your wings
Now I will fly and you will scream

On this earth you bleed
In this air I soar through
The kiss I steal

You need this as much as I do
Snap out of your mind
Back to the cold truth

You cannot love her
Even if you tried as hard as you could
Even if you were perfect

This blade is fate
And it calls for my prize
My wings
