To Those Who Hurt

I know you've been hurt,
I know you've felt pain.
But please just listen to me,
and what I have to say.

You're not the only one,
whose thought of ending your life.
But please just think about,
your future kids and wife.

There are people that care,
believe it or not.
People who know your pain,
and the happiness you sought.

Not everyone can say,
that they know how you feel.
They don't know the hurt,
and how it is real.

But just stop and think,
before you pull the trigger.
What about the people who love you,
and want to help you get better?

I know you think that things .
will never be good.
But just give life a chance,
for you never know they could.

I may be young,
but I know a thing or two.
I know how you feel,
and not much more can you be put through.

But listen to your heart,
to what it has to say.
Then drop to your knees,
and begin to pray.

"Dear God, please help me,
help me get rid of this pain.
Help it to move on,
so I can live my life again.

Help me to get better,
guide me all the way.
Cause I know in your arms,
I will find myself one day.

Never give up on me,
walk beside me everywhere I go.
Because I feel you in my heart,
and you will love me I know.

I know I've did some things,
I'm really not proud of.
But please forgive me for my sins,
so that once again I may love.

Send someone to me,
someone who I can cherish.
Someone I can love and be with,
until the day I perish.

Dear God please help me,
help me do what's right.
Help me stand up for myself,
help me to fight.

Please know that your the one,
that I've felt beside me all these years.
The one that's comforted me,
through all my hardships and tears.

When you're around,
I have nothing to fear.
Because I can do anything,
when your so near.

Now finally promise me one thing,
promise me you will never leave me.
For I don't know what I would do,
I would go insane, this I'm sure you see."

Look at the gun,
and push it away.
For soon you will be seeing,
many bright new days.

Even though your life,
doesn't end when you die.
But think about the consequences,
and all the people that would cry.

Promise me one thing,
that you wont leave your loved ones.
Until God says its your time,
to float to the heavens above.

Do you now see.
see that I truly care?
Because someday up in heaven,
I'll meet you there.

I hope you listened to these words,
and took them to heart.
Because once you put your life in Gods hands,
you will be given a new start.

Just remember when your feeling down,
to close your eyes and pray.
Because your not the only one,
everyone has their days.
