Double Delight (CinqTroisDecaLa Rhyme)

by Sylvia   Nov 12, 2008

(For TJ)

Double Delight, hybrid tea rose with a long season of bloom,
also known as Andeli Rose, the flowers spoil in rain, gloom.
Double blossoms have a rich, creamy white to a pale pink heart,
a deep, ruby edging, darker coloration to impart.
Vivid picture, "Lemon ice dipped in strawberry sauce", believe.
Pale pink petals, rounded, fully double, aroma deceives.
Silk petals margined and flushed carmine-red with dull, mid-green leaves.
A rosebud, an exquisite rose blossom, beauty to consume.
Its sweet fragrance is intense, hard to describe, sets it apart.
Double Delight blossom nothing less than gorgeous to perceive!
