Raining Mayhem

by MissAlotta   Nov 30, 2008

Anguish channels through the cries
Strawberries splat across the sky
Bursting with thirst for more pain
Ripples radiation across fields

Little children in the play zone
Hear with ears the silent tides
Tsunami of dying life
Ready to swiftly sweep away

No room for shrieking in the breeze
Once hit, once lost, forever hopeless
Gray skies contain no sparkling stars
Dim across the desolate desert

Tiny little sparks from a reaction
An answer created from pondering
Raining the mayhem and suffering
Creating a nation sorrowful from actions

Second one I've read of yours and it's superb. Your use of language strikes as effortless - it really is a pleasure to read.
