No Freakin Way

by BornAgainWriter   Dec 9, 2008

My pen ways a ton,
I can't seem to lose the weight,
[dietary pills don't work for this]
Of the sappy love poems,
And mysterious stories,
[I just wish it'd unfreeze].
They don't escape on paper
Nor my MEAD notebook,
[No freakin way]
Hey, but look,
I wrote my name on his hand,
Big, bold letters,
Spelling RYS,
His smile looked like the moon,
Just took a snap shot of me,
FLASH,
Kodak moment,
FLASH,
Kodak moment,
[No freakin Way]
He kissed my name on his hand,
And said, "Angel, I don't want to take a shower now,
In fear that it might wash off."
Stop
Drop
Roll
Pop
Time paused,
Confused moment I have caused,
Creativeness gone wrong,
But not for long,
So I ran to Staples, to find a sharpie marker,
It's got to be bigger, bolder letters.
[No freakin Way]
The world is troubled, for staples is out of sharpies.
I'll prepare my paper armies,
And print extra copies,
Don't hate on my sceneries.
They're just dream stories.
In a series.
