Another Moment of Missing You.

The thought of missing you, and wanting to be with
you more and more everyday resulted in this poem.
I will love you forever and always, please know that.
I'm willing to do whatever it takes, & in the very end,
everything we worked for will be worth it. I promise you.*`

One sudden blink and in an instant the tears begin to stream,
rolling down my cheeks, ready to crash on the blank paper before me.
Each one representing the difficulty in waiting for that one I love,
how I would do anything to be in his arms for just one second,
feeling the comfort, hearing those saccharine words he speaks.
All I want is to be able to hold your hand with no intention of letting go.

My face is now wet, tears keep staining my flushed face.
Realizing my love for you will never be strained, eases the flow of tears,
but they don't stop, as the thought of missing you tugs at my heart.
We're so distant, but before long there will be no space in between us.
Those dreams that never grow dim that we wish more than anything to
become reality, will soon become what we've always wanted.

I open my lips as the last tear slips into my mouth, the salty taste
melts on my tongue, another minute of sadness signaling how much
I miss you every single day has come to a close, as I tell myself like
I always have, in the end it's all going to be worth it, this wasn't meant
to be easy at all; I just want you to know I never stop thinking of you,
and I will always love you matter what, you'll never leave my heart.
