Lost In Gym

by BornAgainWriter   Dec 18, 2008

A day out in a beautiful forest,
Purple and pink wildflowers bloom,
A patch of blue stretched up high,
They call it, the blue sky,
Green grass healthy and growing,
Spreaded across the ground I walk,
Birds flying around in circles,
Chirpping tunes that I can sing too,
My hair gets picked up along with the breeze,
I have nothing, but nature around me,
And the clothes on my back,
And the shoes I am wearing on my feet,
I wander off so far,
And now I am lost,
Yellow dogs with big ears and no tails-
Come into sight, are these dogs?
They speak the language I speak,
How can this be?
Am I dreaming?
I ask them where am I?
They keep walking, getting farther and farther,
I start to cry, because I want to go home,
I want to be with my friends,
Trees move as I walk by,
Leaves fall to the ground,
I slip and fall,
Laying there, thoughtlessly,
Not even thinking,
Closing my hazel eyes,
Waking up in Gym Class,
In the middle of the court,
Surrounded by classmates,
and teachers,
I'm still....lost.
