Inside herself

by MorbidCupcake   Dec 19, 2008

Deep and demeaning
Lines so degrading
Burning along my skin
Like the original martyr's crucifx

A silent cry
But she doesn't understand why
She feels alone
And there's a numbness in her bones

Unlock the steel door, to get the thoughts out
Before in herself, she drowns
