A Tear from God's Face .

by Mister 47   Dec 27, 2008

And it happen a great silence roamed the land
And the sun darken and no one could understand
And his mother on his feet crying holding her heart
To see her son crucified and his body falling apart

It was around six pm where his voice rise
And in his father hands he commended his prize
And a tear from gods face on the ground could be shown
Shaking the earth and splitting in half their thrones

In the beginning there was the word
And the word became a body and lived in this world
And with both our hands we took his life
And we poke his side till the blood came out with a knife

We always convince our self of our innocence here
It is the idea of his blood on our hands is what we fear
His blood is something we cannot wash with water
But with prayer and good actions to our father

This poem touches me so much. It brings tears to my eyes. My favorite stanza,
"We always convince our self of our innocence here
It is the idea of his blood on our hands is what we fear
His blood is something we cannot wash with water
But with prayer and good actions to our father", this is so true. Prayers do has all the benefits, especially when it is done with devotion and sincerety, also we are always rewarded by the goodness we do somehow. It's not always what other done for us that counts, but what we do for others. I belive that god will judge us accordingly to our actions. Very well done CJ, hugs, kel.

    CJ,

We indeed killed His son, something so hidious it wil be remembered until the end of times.
We are all imperfect, the ones who claim to be perfect are often the most hidious creatures of all underneath the surface.
To this day men kill each other and perform crimes for reasons so dark that will never be justified, not by any standard.
All of us have good and bad in themselves. It takes strenght and courage to do what is right
and only the weak choose the easy way out.
I love this message: we should nver forget we are here because He sacrificed His son for us.

    Amen to that.

    *hugs*
