I can't be me

I feel meaningless and shallow like i wasn't meant to be.
On this road that i now travel i fell i can't be me.
I'm confuse by what's to come and blurred by what's behind, i feel pressured by moms commands, I can't get them out of my mind. She always seems to bring me down, i wish that she was blind.
I know that who i am will shine eventually but until then i feel i can't be me.
