Be A Man

Be A Man

Looking for the little clue
I want to see the real you
Masked by the though edge
Lost in that thick head

You look at me but never say a thing
I wonder am I just a petty fling
I can't keep you off my mind
Though I know I'm wasting my time

I'll watch you from a far
Like you're a shinning star
But pain will devour me whole
Because you'll being to take a toll

By that smiling face
I'm just here to take her place
Though engulfed by pure delight
I know this is not right

I fight with the hold you have at hand
The power you have on me I can't understand
As our lips touch, my mind is a blur
And I can't even remember were we were

I'm captive by just your touch
Wanting it all to much
I need to take a stand
I need you to be a man

This is interesting what I can piece out of it is that some guy is a player and that you know this but want him to man up and choose you over her. I'm not sure if this is the right image you are trying to portray but if it is I don't think you should stay hung up over him :]. Good write 4/5
