It's funny, hangin' from the catwalk
by your toes.
You just stare at an upside down world
that looks twice as innocent
as it is in reality.
Sometimes, people go up
and they don't go back,
'cause their definitions get all shaked up
and they don't know what to do anymore.
It happens in the bottom of the ocean, too.
Down there, the pocket watches break
and you can't keep track
of all the nothing you're losing.
Eventually, you grow eight legs
and you're breathin' like the fishes.
