Friends (Acrostic)

by Sylvia   Jan 19, 2009

Friends are always there,
Right when you need them the most,
In good times and bad times.
Everyone a treasure to cherish,
Never forget their faith in you.
Don't take them for granted,
Stay true to friends forever.

What a lovely friendship poem :]
A true friend is extremely hard to find, one that will be there for you through thick and thin. Your poem really told of the great things about having a true friend.
A very nice write indeed :)

    Silvia,

A true friend is something very rare indeed.
We all have people in our lives we call by that name, but when the chips are down a friend is hard to find. So many chose to turn away, rather then stand by the one they claimed to love when the sun was shining.

One should indeed treasure those who reach out to us in times of need and are happy when life is kind to us and we should indeed never take that love for granted.

I often feel the love of a friend is more pure than that of a lover and also will last longer because of that reason.

Love the poem and the thought behind it!

    *hugs*
