Saccharine Temptation: Some Secrets Should Never Be Told

by SashaMirage   Feb 1, 2009

"Some Secrets should never be Told"

A Forbidden love story is written in blood upon the wall
Eternal pharaonic engragements forever left to enthrall
A Saccharine temptation that was delightfully too sweet
Craving the delicious hours spent together when they meet

Time begins fading into sad crystal tears that flow
Forgetting some secrets the world should never know
Confessions spill like fountains creating a waterfall
Hourglass left empty, unaware of a surprising downfall

Spinning with delight in sweets, forgetting to inhale
Caught up in a love storm as their secret they unveil
Bearing to the world what should have been unknown
Sparkling with romance and too the world was shown

Captivating and waking all who hear their tale
Unaware of how a great love like that could fail
Hearts begin racing as they sing to the same tempo
Leaving only a saddened lover's duet forever to echo
