Pure Scene

by Purple   Feb 9, 2009

Pretty things coming close
Like snowflakes floating down,
Purity, a picture of perfect white
In serenity this image's found.

Snowflakes against great contrast,
Dark buildings standing out,
Smoke filled skies, warmth or pollution,
When snow melts, this scene will die.

Pretty things float down
Melting against the fire warmed air,
Existence so brief but perfect,
Unique with their every move.

Click your camera and catch what's right,
A still frame in your mind.
Click your camera and catch what's right,
Save our still frame in your mind.

People are like snowflakes
Turning to water as they drown,
Losing form and genuine quality
As soon as they touch the ground.

Click your camera and catch what's right,
In a still frame in your mind.
Click your camera and catch what's right,
Save the still frame, yours and mine.

Pretty things coming closer,
Like snowflakes floating down.
Purity, a picture of perfect white,
In serenity this image's found.

Against great contrast, we know what's right
Melted it won't be so clear.
So click your camera and catch what's right,
Keep the still frame pure.
