Black Times.

by slighte   Feb 27, 2009

Organ music plays,
black notes fill the room.
Solemn sounds for solemn
times. Black pointe shoes move
in time. Ribbons flow on wrists. Slow
dances for slow times. Tears fall, there will
be no disguise here. Emotions all the same, running
deep. Black mascara marks on cheeks. Heads
bowed, music
stops
dancers fall, flowers rot.
Red roses line empty casket, thorns
drip with blood.
Black roses for black times.

I loved teh stop on the first of the line , and the metaphore the dance figure and the stop all dancers fall , !!

but the depressing feeling you give to this figure , black roses for black times!! yes you are right ,

but i tell you after every storm there is sunshine again!

after every dark there is light jsut becasue the darkness can not exist without light and vise versa!

have faith dear , that tomrow the rose will drink the light again and change her color !

*Claps* you overcame your writers block with a bang! :] Awesome work.
Jeez, this was such an emotional piece, it was so intense. I like the structure that you used, it was unique and really well done. You pulled it off fabulously.
This really tugged at my heart strings, it was really well written and that helps lure the reader in i guess. This was really, a fantastic write.
    Keep up the great work!
