Addiction

by Jenna Rose Kat   Mar 7, 2009

Oblivious to our world,
To everything I thought I knew,
I thought I was hated and rejected,
I was blind to what was true.

I melted when I first saw you,
I looked into your Hershey eyes,
And you were the first to smile,
The first one I didn't despise.

But then, our road split two ways,
And what I thought was true was not,
The only remains was the vapor of our love,
You were my addiction I knew nothing about.
