Everyone talks

by Brittany   Mar 17, 2009

Hushed voices,
everywhere i turn.
everyone talks,
but nobody learns.

so many voices,
it's so hard to hear.
everyone talks,
our minds become unclear.

darting eyes,
so quick to accuse.
everyone talks,
but do they really have a clue?

So, this poem was written about a very contraversial thing going on in my school. A 22 year old male teachers aid is being accused of having sexual relations with a 14 year old student. This poem was written in anger .. there are too many stories running around the school. When everyone talks, how are you supposed to know what's true?
