Unknown Footsteps.

I don't like change, and losing you has been the biggest change I've ever had to face. I don't know who I am, or why I'm doing what I'm doing. You were my world, and you broke me. What do I do now?

If you understand this, I applaud you.

````````````````````````````````````````````
I'm standing in your shadows -
One foot in, one foot out.
As I tremble in the wake of all this suffering,
But in the blossoming of happiness and love.
You've got me trapped inside memories,
Running too fast one day, but too slow the next.
I'm still attempting to identify reality,
But it mixes too deep with all of your lies.
Sporadic happiness is launched amongst the fog,
And each day blurs together with the next.
Your smile, god, that smile was rare.
But when you did, it made my world.
YOU made my world.
I revolved around your loud footsteps,
Take this step. No. Wait. Take this one.
And you're not here anymore with me.
Who do I follow?
Where do I move?
Who do I love?
What do I do?
My mind doesn't attempt to love you some days;
nor does my heart pretend to hate you on some days.
[Indecisiveness is becoming my best quality.]
You wouldn't dare to recognize me.
Because I still don't understand who I am.
When you left, I left.
A part of me did anyway.
Now, I'm shaking with tremors of the unknown,
And I'm a little bit more lost without your arms.
Do you still love me?
Did you ever love me?
I don't know anymore.
