Dear God,

by Mushh   Apr 5, 2009

Emotions are stirring and hearts have been broken,
Lies have been told as the truth can't be spoken,
Tears are pointless it's stupid to cry,
Point out a star and we'll stare at the sky.

Days have now passed but it feels like years,
No one to hold me and fight off my fears,
They've taken her from me and wont give her back,
I'm lacking in smiles as colours fade black.

It is human nature to make a mistake,
If you deny that you've made one your life is a fake,
Everyone does so, now let us forgive,
Our lives are our own to live how we live.

I know she was wrong but who be the judge,
We all have regrets and enough is enough,
The pain and the hurt she caused to us all,
Should be punishment enough in the eyes of the law.

Her baby is breaking she needs her moon here.
The pain just won't numb & she can still feel.
The tears cut deeper than the blade from your knife
&They'll sit &They'll watch as we struggle with life.
