Why I'm so goofy

I like to be excited
I like to have some fun
And when it comes down to energy
I'm the only one

I like to make people laugh
as well as my own enjoyment
and for the ears of others come jokes
out my mouth it has deployment

I like to watch myself fall
and crack up in the end
and then get back on my feet
And do it all over again

I like to dress myself up
in clothes that make me look absurd
and when I look at myself and laugh
I hardly say one word.

I like to stay happy
like it's my only emotion
because i have no reason for anger or sadness
it does run smoothly off me like lotion

My life is really great
because I have so much to do
like earning good grades
and turning my friends face blue

this is my love of life
my love that's large and poofy
I love to entertain and give my amenities
that's why I'm so goofy
