Angel In My Heart

His soul speaks to me
Like the moon shines upon the blue sea
I hear his magnificent voice
And my weary heart is at peace
The demons that once haunted me
Are now simple nothings
My broken heart made me invisible
But he saw me and made me something.
He collected my tiny pieces
And he put me back together.
He's been the light I've been missing
No longer will the darkness become forever
He makes my heart soar
Above this world's painful clouds
He's inhumanly perfect
I wouldn't dare ask for more.
I lost my smile
And he found me a brighter one
I can't ever lose
Because with him all of my battles are won.
