It's just another day

by Wake Me Up   May 22, 2009

Still up straight,
From your first blow,
You used all your weight,
Just have a shaken glow,

"Thank you for nothing,
I don't care if you tried,"
I can never count on my little something,
She's yelling louder becoming worldwide,

I'll try to love you though your every attack,
Biting my lip and holding my tongue at very best,
Though love is hard with knives running up your back
And their nails in your chest,

I must say I'm undecided,
On how happy you'll be when I'm gone,
Every time I leave calls from you are provided,
Telling me come home, yet your anger is a dawn,

And now for the end
I just don't care anymore,
my life isn't structured like a poem
It has no rhyme, beat or rhythm
It has been
Glued, taped, beaten, nailed shut,
And constructed into all its
breath taking glory of a disaster that is
It's just another day of my life
