The Wall

by What happens when the musics over   May 26, 2009

Give me your ears, give me your eyes.
I'm tired of seeing all these lies.

Ignorance is bliss.
With that I take your kiss.
With that I let down my wall.
With that,
I make you my all.

Faded worries of your betrayal.
Out of the blue!
It becomes fatal.

I saw--SAW!-- the lies!
I asked for your eyes, just to deny.
There is NO soft spots, no more of those thoughts.
There is no tears, no more fears.
Build back the wall--you die to climb.
I stay behind and watch you fall.
