We're so lost; soulless
Like broken wings; flightless
Without freedom; helpless
We won't survive; lifeless
Lifeless shells walk the earth,
Like helpless baby birds,
Like a fallen angel flightless,
They weep undisturbed.
For the core of their beings
No longer roam the earth,
They are without life force,
They are but soulless.
