She said.

I walk into her office
take a seat to the left
her name tag reads susie, & she's perfect
i say hello, im --she stops me and says i already know.
what brought you to my office on such late notice?
i get up nervously & pace back & fourth.
as my heart beats faster & faster
trying to hold back tears,
as the words just find their way out of my mouth
& i slowly say, e v e r y t h i n g.\
she says go into detail, elaborate.
i drop to the floor, and cant stop crying
she said just as i thought..
she grabs a tissue & wipes my eyes
& tells me to stop.
she forces me to look up at her
by grabbing my chin
she tells me your so pretty, with so much potential
but you hate yourself, its written all over your face.
i can see how you cry yourself to sleep at night
regreting everything you've ever done.
i can see how that smile you fake everyday is a lie
when really all you wanna do is cry.
& how you map out plans to run far away
to get away from this place & have them forget your face.
now i cant make you love yourself again only you can.
but my best advice to you, is you finding out
what makes you so regret yourself anyways...
