One Day He'll See

Hurt and Anger
Confusion, Despair,
feeling all alone
no one left to care.

No one understands
the pain that you endure
broken heart and shattered dreams
no medicine can cure.

Your precious dreams are taken
by selfish greedy eyes,
the man that you once trusted,
left with no goodbyes.

Took everything you had
and left nothing in return.
But painful memories to dwell
a hard lesson left to learn.

Life is full of questions
what, how, and why.
Constantly searching for answers,
till the very day we die.

Sometimes there are no answers,
why me, he had to hurt?
Why do I blame myself for this,
I feel as low as dirt.

But one day he will stand,
on judgment day he'll see,
all the pain and suffering,
that he, himself, caused me.
